With Pride celebrations being cancelled up and down the country this year, W Communications worked with Lynx, Closeup, Simple and Vaseline to help bring the Pride festivities alive (digitally) and teamed up with some famous faces to promote the new special edition Pride range.
The range was launched to help raise funds for Switchboard for the next six months, a nationwide helpline which offers the LGBT+ community a safe space to discuss sexuality, gender, and identity. The products proudly showcase the charity’s logo and helpline number on the front of the pack but also critically back up the showing of support, with a £50,000 donation.
Stars who supported our campaign included the fabulous Gemma Collins, RuPaul stars Cheryl Hole and Baga Chipz, alongside Gary Thompson, Curtis & AJ Pritchard who all took ‘Pride Inside’ and created inspired make-up tutorials, competitions and highlighted what Pride meant to them, to help people get prepped and ready for their Pride celebrations.
