We extended the W Hotel brand’s credentials in the worlds of music, fashion, design and film, with a series of strategic partnerships, amplified via in-hotel activations.
From the world’s first-ever vinyl room service, fronted by Annie Mac, to specially commissioned designer pyjamas, a ground-breaking “Mega-Bar” (our twist on the ubiquitous mini-bar), and unique wearable-tech uniforms for hotel staff, we led the hotel’s drive to make a stay even more memorable.
We collaborated with the Design Museum for a fashion-focused Afternoon Tea package that became the hotel’s best-selling F&B offering, and brokered landmark relationships with the British Fashion Council and British Film Institute that built the site’s reputation and positioned the W Leicester Square as a real cultural destination.
So successful was our work that we were selected to run the launch campaign for the company’s new landmark hotel in Amsterdam, which opened in late 2015.
